How Do I Place An Order?
Please add items to your cart. Online checkout is not yet available, therefore once you reach the checkout page please send us a screen shot of your order including your PayPal email address. An invoice will be sent to you asap. Also please browse more products on our Instagram page @thehqshop.
Payment Options and Shipping
Payments accepted: PayPal, bank transfer & Western Union. Please send us your full order including you PayPal email and an invoice will be sent to you asap. If you wish to pay via bank transfer or Western Union, please contact us for payment details.
Shipping times on average are 8 working days. Some items can arrive faster such as bags and smaller shoe sizes (35-39). Items that can take slightly longer are larger shoe sizes as they are made to order and customised bags.
Once your order is placed, it will be processed with the factory the same day (7 days a week). Some items can take up to a week to arrive in from the factory. Once the items have arrived it will be sent out by DHL express. Within the next couple of days after the package has been sent, you will receive a text from DHL with all tracking information including an eta.
Secure Ordering
Although we are a genuine seller, we understand that you can be weary of fraud. Therefore the safest way to order is to pay by PayPal as you are fully covered by buyer protection to receive the exact item you paid for.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are NOT accepted unless an item is damaged in postage it will be replaced or repaired. Therefore when ordering shoes, please make sure you order the correct size. The best way to make sure you order the correct size is by trying a pair on in store as the fit is 100% the same. You can also check the manufacturers website for a size guide.
